Merge request for 6771776 and 7484199

I'm having a problem similar to the one described in note 730492.1. According to the note, I should apply 6771776 and 6812229. Since I'm on 12.1.3 patch 6812229 should already be applied. When I try to apply 6771776 it conflicts with 7484199. Do I need a merge of the two patches to get the fixes from 6771776 or are the fixes from 6771776 included in 7484199? If a merge patch is necessary, it should be for iAS 10.1.3.4.
