Required Know How to upload the Bank Statements downloaded from Bank website

Dear Experts,
  Please guide how to upload the bank statement in Cash Management for reconciliation downloaded from bank website.  The Management wants to cut down the manual task of editing the downloaded bank statements and uploading the same through data loader.
