Requisition move order, delivered quantity greater than required quantity

Hi experts

In 12.1.3

1. On requisition move order , found delivered quantity is more than required quantity, is there any way to prevent this condition happen?

2. We also found that , primary quatity is changed , and not match with secondary quantity.

Example: Primary_quantity=0.000003, quantity_delivered=100.34; secondary_quantity=150 and secondary_quantity_delivered=150, line_status=5

quantity_delivered, secondary_quantity and secondary_quantity_delivered are correct , but primary_quantity is incorrect. It seems be update from background. But this issue occurred in every month and no datafix .

This issue seems cannot be reproduced.

Which condition can cause this issue?
