1.5.10.2 : error applying patch 9502985. "Delete Data from Temporary Table" concurrent program was n

Hi,

While applying the patch 9502985. One of the worker was hanging on the sql ICXDLTMP.sql. We followed the action plan given in the note 393913.1 to overcome this issue.
1- kill the worker processing the script
2- Skip the worker using adctrl
3- Continue the patch.
4- When the patch is over run the concurrent manager to gather the statistics for module ICX
5- Run the concurrent manager running ICXDLTMP.sql as per Note 367774.1

As per note 367774.1 ,we need to run the Concurrent  program "Delete Data from Temporary Table"
"Delete Data from Temporary Table" program was not available  in our env (11.5.10.2)
