Sales Order Form Error ORA - 04062: of has been changed

Hi,

We are setting up a new R12 Vision Instance.

Database version: 11.1.0.7.0, Application Version: 12.1.3.

When we try to Open a Sales Order From, System throws below error.

Error:  ORA-04062: of has been changed

Error:  ORA-01403: no data found

There is no package name or any other detail mentioned in the error.

We recompiled the Sales Order form. There is no change.

We searched the Meta link notes. Patch has been given for similar issues in other Forms but not the Sales Order Form.

Same error is coming in the Quick Sales Order Form also.

What could be the reason?
