Send email outside local domain from EBS

Hi All,
I have an issue of sending email outside of the local domain when the user tried to send out email to the supplier via request.
The user are able to receive notification from email, so the notification mailer was working fine.
How can I tackle and solve this issue?
Are there any more setting that I need to do?
