Oracle Database 11.2.0.2 compatibility with OCI 11.2.0.3

 Greetings,
My organization is in the process of upgrading to HP Service Manager 9.31 and the HP Upgrade documentation cites OCI 11.2.0.3 as required for Oracle databases at 11.2.  Our current db is at 11.2.0.2.0.  Would we need to patch/upgrade our database to accommodate the OCI 11.2.0.3 level required?
