Applying receipts to transactions through interface or API's automatically

Hi,
I have a requirement to upload advance cash receipts and transactions which relates to that receipts. Then those receipts should apply to transactions automatically.

I should have a interface to upload advance cash receipts as "On-Account receipts"  and transactions also through the open interface.

Then how to apply the receipts to the transactions automatically ? Do we have any standard interface or API's to do that ?
