Business Event oracle.apps.ap.event.invoice.create.update is not firing

Hi

I am working in R12.1.3 instance of Oracle Apps. We are using  “oracle.apps.ap.event.invoice.create.update” business event to perform some action. As per my understanding this should fire during AP invoice creation or updation but it is not happening. Please let me know the solution if anybody faced this problem.. Appreciate your help
