Do R12 support Centralized credit card model for Procurement Cards?

Hi,

We are upgrading from 11.5.10 to 12.1.3 and client wants to know that if Centralized credit card model for Procurement Cards is supported in R12?

If yes, please share some setup docs and metalink notes.
