Effect of upgrade on Smart forms from 11i to R12.

Hi,

We are upgrading from 11.5.10 to R12.1.3 and have couple of smart forms in iprocurement, wanted to check if the upgrade to R12 will bring the smart forms AS IS by default or we need to perform any steps?
