export to excel functionality in 11.5.10.2

Hi,
In Oracle E-BS 11.5.10.2, when I use the file>export to excel functionality the system asked me to log-in to Oracle again.
When I log-in again I get the responsibilities window. Thus I cannot download anything.
This it's happening regardless any responsibility that the user may have.

Is there a way to make it work ?
