issue with Payment Remittance Advice in french

Hi all,

we have got a problem when we sent the Payment Remittance Advice by e-mail, we can not send in french , even we have login in french, the send mail is always in english.

also the French special caracters displayed incorrectly in mail, but when we do not use e-mail notification and we print the report via oracle , the special caracteres are displayed correctly.

Can one help me for this issue?
