Workflow - Triggering Events

I have created several workflows where the triggering event is when the modified record is saved and an email sent to the owner.  It is possible to have in place for the same workflow if the modified record was modified again, an email was sent. It doesn't appear you can do this as only one triggering event is allowed per workflow.  Any suggestions.
