Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Restrict to display Promise date

HI,

we need to restrict to display Promised date from sale order line. We also need to know where is this promised date will come by default.

We tried a system parameters setup by using Promise date setup option as "manual entry" from Scheduling Parameters category.

We are not using ATP and we are in 12.1.1.
