Workers Compensation between provinces

We currently have employees set up with A WCB code for 1 province but he is working in another province on a certain job.  When the time entry people enter the time they are changing the WCB code to be the province worked, not the employees home WCB code but the WCB report is coming up with a 0.00 rate for the time in the non-home province.

Does anyone have any experience with this?  Looking for a way to make this work so WCB calculates correctly.
