Migrate from 11i to R12, 32bit to 64bit Linux

Hi,
Currently we have 11.5.10.2 on 32 bit Linux single node install. We want to migrate to 12.1.3 64bit Linux single node install.
Do you have a document outlining the steps to move from server to server? We don't want to do a in place upgrade on same hardware?
