Procurement - EBS (MOSC)

Undefined Responsibility

Hi

We just setup a couple of new users to which we assigned a iProcurement responsibility. One of the user, when he log in, the screen show Undifined has his responsibility and he can't continue. This is only for this user all the others are OK. Anyone know why?
