Default flexible spending option - depending on what employee chooses for Medical plan option

 I am requirement -for open enrollment.

We have Medical plan with 2 options Employee and Employee+family

 and then we have flexible spending account  with 2 options employee and employee+family

currently in the system, We default medical to Employee option - and for flexible spending we default to employee option. for any employee with contacts, we still default medical to employee only - but flex option to Employee and family.

Requirement is to default the flex option -based on medical option choose. When a life event is triggered it defaults to Medical employee option, however if the eligible employee changes enrollment to Family then it should automatically default to Employee _family option.
