Incremental Backup for Duplicate Database from active

I used rman duplicate from active database feature in 11g [Doc 452868.1] to clone a database. The old database made changes in old database adding data. Now, I want to take incremental backup of old database to re-sync the new cloned database.

# What would be the best method to do this? Please suggest. Source database is ASM disk based single instance database where as destination is Non-ASM raw disk database. 
# If the both source and destination databases are changed, is it possible to synch the destination database with source database in this case?
