What format is UTC field in the Siebel FDR (crash) file?

All:

In a Siebel FDR file that has been ran through the SARM Analyzer, it has a UTC field, which I'm assuming is a timestamp value of some kind.

In a recent crash, I was trying to figure out the time it occurred, but I'm not sure how to convert it to a "real" date/time stamp, or if it's possible.

For example, a crash that occurred today (05/22/2013) had this in the UTC field of the crash file:

1369257830

In Excel, it doesn't directly format to a date/time.

Does anyone know how to convert this type of value?

Thanks,
