"Components" folder missing

Hi All,
I have installed BI Publisher 11.1.1.5 (I need it to run OneView Reporting from JDE) and the first step I need to do is to add some boilerplates but... when I sign on BI Publisher (as weblogic user) I click Catalog and I have no "Components" folder. I have not installed 11.1.1.5 so far so I do not know if it is normal behavior or not.

Can you please advice? I need to access boilerplates.
