OSP operation PO inward, but still in queue

Hello,

There is one job order : 25892 with 10 quantity.

now, its first operation is drilling. 4qty is in queue and 6 completed then how system has generated purchase requisition for next OSP operation.
PO: 11121472

second thing, again system has generated PR for 2 quantity. how it is possible that job order is of 10 quantity and PO of 10+ 2?

third thing, we have delivered PO:13140823 with 2 quantity but still it is showing in queue only.

Please help in this
