Surrogate entry of ASN by buyer in iSupplier responsibility

Dear experts,

I need to enable my buyers to create advanced shipment notices for suppliers through iSupplier portal. Basically I need the same functionality as Surrogate Quotations in Sourcing.

Now, I played around with the securing attributes (ICX_SUPPLIER_ORG_ID, ICX_SUPPLIER_SITE_ID, ICX_SUPPLIER_CONTACT_ID) on user definition, and that enables me to allow a buyer to see specific supplier's data. But there are a lot of suppliers and a lot of buyers, not the ideal solution. Plus, any future supplier would have to be manually added, which is unacceptable amount of maintenance.

Do you know of a way to do this? When I try entering that wildcard -9999 for securing attributes on responsibility definition it doesn't work. And I can't enter the wildcards on user securing attributes.

Howdy, Stranger!
