Error Encountered ontransfer/assignment Changes
One of our users submitted a Transfer/Assignment Change via HR Self Service. She received an error message which said 'The changes were not applied because This transaction has failed because the employee's record or eligibility status has changed. Submit a new transaction.' As our client's support, I investigated on the issue. I searched through the workflow activities and found out that an Application Error was encountered during the Commit Transaction V4.0 Activity. I am stuck and do not know the reason why an application error was encountered. Please help.
