Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. FRM-41072 Cannot create group xxx_soldto and FRM-41076 Error populating the group

Hi,

We have recently migrated from 11i to R12.1.3.

When sales order is being created on the sales order form, we get 2 errors

FRM-41072 CANNOT CREATE GROUP XXX_SOLDTO

FRM-41076 ERROR POPULATING THE GROUP

Checked on metalink but could not find notes applicable to the sales order form. would like to know the reason and solution for this error.

Please advise.
