'Internet Expenses Enabled' is not available when creating Tax Rate

Hi,

I am creating a Tax Rate in Ebtax and when I go to Rate Details to complete the additional information for the tax rate I cannot find the 'Internet Expenses Enabled' flag. I need to setup this flag to yes because it will be used for Internet Expenses.

Is there any profile I need to setup to make this option visible?
