Determine Applicable Regimes Options is missing in Regime Determination Set field lov - Configuratio

Hi,

I am setting up the Configuration Owner Options for a AP Standard Invoice and when the value 'Determine Applicable Regimes' value is missing for the field 'Regime Determination Set' field in the Configuration Owner Options.

What setup is missing so I can select this value?
