Sales reservation not released , even though the SO has been shipped and closed.

Hi,

We are on version 11.5.9, The issue is that the sales orders have been shipped in 2011 but the resrevation form shows items on sales order and the line status Picked.

Could i be helped on this ,the customer wants them unrserved and should not show in the resrevation form.

How can we release the items.
