AP Checks: template jumps out of line...sometimes

 My AP Check rtf template has two parts - identical, except that they are grouped - the first pulls all checks 5000 and over, the other everything under 5000 - sorted alphabetically.

The issue I'm having is that the very last check in the run will sometimes, but not always, miss the "page break" and start on the next to last check.

It doesn't happen on the first grouping, only the very last check. 

I've attached a copy of the rtf for review.

Any suggestions are welcome.
