Does Excel Client Add-In 9.3..x support Office 2010 and 2013?

Hi All,
Does Excel Client Add-In 9.3..x support Office 2010 and 2013?  My users informed that they are using Windows7 64-Bit with MS Excel 2010 and Excel Client Add-In 9.3 but it doesn't work. I'm not sure do they have any patches to fix the issue. Kindly recommend me. Thanks!
