Assembly Completion w/Drop and Assembly Completion w/Manual Drop and Flow Completion w/Drop and Flow

Experts,

I need your advise on the following scenario :

1. User logs into mobile device and do Assembly Completion w/Manual Drop(for a job) or Flow Completion w/Manual Drop(for a schedule)

2. He successfully completes the transaction and even a material transaction gets created

3. But when i see the same in Material workbench, it shows data corruption such that the onhand is availble with an LPN and as loose as well.

From the backend, i can see that the lpn_id field is null in mtl_onhand_quantities_detail table where as wms_lpn_contents table still have the data associated.
