Oracle Linux for 11.2.0.3 instead of Red Hat

Hello

We are in the process of migrating our 10g database from Windows to 11g Linux
We are undecided between Oracle Linux and Red Hat Linux
Can someone point out pressing reasons to opt for Oracle Linux (besides the fact that it would allow us to get O/S and DB support from same vendor)?
Is there any advantage / benefit of using Oracle Linux that we wont get on Red Hat?
Any performance / management related advantages?
