Oracle SOA version compatibility with Oracle R12 Upgrade

Hi,
We are using Oracle SOA version with version 10.1.3.5.0 to integrate Oracle EBS 11i with 3rd party webservices.

We have used Oracle BPEL processes to integrate Oracle OM & GL modules with 3rd party systems.

Can you please let us know the impact of R12 upgrade on SOA?

Please confirm whether above mentioned SOA version is compatible with R12 or we need to upgrade to any other latest version?
