BI Publisher scheduler schema installation on server_encrypt enabled databse.

Hello Everybody!!

Is there anyone in this community who has installed BI Publisher scheduler schema on a server_encrypt enabled database. Becuase if server_encrypt is enabled then BIP admin console will not allow you to install schema,

If you disable server_encrypt you can install but the moment you enable this, user will not be able to schedule any report.
