Oracle 11.5.10.2 Posted Fixed Asset Mass Additions not avail in workbench-stuck due to identical dis

A couple of Posted Fixed Asset Mass Additions are not available in the Asset Workbench.  The assets are also not showing in FA.FA_BOOKS and FA.FA_ADDITIONS_B tables.  These assets also did not trigger the Automatic Asset Numbering's Last Asset Number Used to change.

When attempting to recreate the issue in a test environment, I noticed that these assets in Mass Additions had multiple distribution lines with identical distribution lines/GL coding.  In test, I received the 'APP-OFA-48313: You cannot create identical distribution lines'.  In production, these 2 assets made it through.

Another interesting thing to note... The asset had four lines for .25 units each (all for the same Expense Account & Location).  The cost of that asset in Mass Additions queue was $X.  However, on the Mass Additions Posting Report, the asset cost was 175% x $X... To me it looks like it took the first line for 100% and then remaining lines at their posted 25%.
