World A9.3 and Legasuite GUI class not found

 I recently installed the Web Enablement for World A9.3 and I am running into a classnotfoundexecption for multiple users trying to access World through the web. It's due to a missing com.seagullsw.client.gui.GuiClient.class file.. My PC (Win 8 x64) has been the only machine out of 5 so far that is able to access the web interface. All others (Win 7 x64 machines) have received this error and I have tried reinstalling multiple versions of Java JDK and JRE to resolve, but I am not having any luck. Anyone else have the same problem and know of the solution?
