Rel 12 Encumbrance Types and Funds Available Inquiry Screen

In release 11 we had defined our own encumbrance types.  While upgrading to Rel 12 we were told by support that we could no longer use these and had to use the seeded encumbrance types.  We revised our reports and queries to pick up both types.

However in the Funds Available screen, our encumbrance balances as of our cutover date are still showing our custom type, while Rel 12 activity is showing with the seeded type.

I thought I could create a MassAllocation to move the custom type balances to the seeded type.  The form allows this to be set up and validated, - (I thought maybe I would get two JE's out of it)  but after running the MA, I only got 40 code combinations, all with the seeded type.  I am not really sure what it is picking up.  I should have hundreds of code combinations, not just 40.
