Is the Value 'Determine Applicable Regimes´ seeded? Configuration Owner Options/Regime Determination

Hi,

I am implementing in an instance that has been upgraded from 11i to 12.1.3

After the upgrade a new busineed group with an associated Legal Entity and Operating Unit is being implementing, including Ebtax.

Given that is a new structure that was not in 11i the value that I want to setup in the Configuration Owner Options for the New Regime is 'DETERMINE APPLICABLE REGIMES' for the field REGIME DETERMINATION SET

The issue I have is that the option doesn't appear in the lov for the field REGIME DETERMINATION SET and only appears the one for the upgraded setup (I think that is Standard Determination.....)
