Deleting Distribution Lines on a PO

Hello,

We are on version 12.1.3 and have Projects and Grants implemented. I woudd like to know the options for deleting distribution lines on a PO. I have done some research that stated a user is not able to delete once a PO has been approved at least once. For us, we would also need to consider whether the funds were reserved. Does anyone have this feature to allow the deletion without having to cancel the PO and re-create? If so, what is the best way to do this?
