Create Vacancy Page does not show Organizations in Translated Language

Hi,

We have English and French installed for R12.1.3.

While accessing iRecruitment Recruiter responsibility with English Login we can see all the organization in Create Vacancy page, but when we try to access this responsibility via French Login, it does not show up any organization.

It is the same responsibility and security profile is the one generated for Business Group. All organization have translation in French as well.

Can someone help in case we need to do some other setup
