Is there a way to enter an entire company's budget without specifying the organization?

Hello,

Hope someone in the GL community can help with this question.

Using the "Launch Budget Wizard" functionality in GL, is there a way to enter an entire company's budget for 2013 without specifying the organization?  That is enter and upload one "budget wizard" worksheet with the company's entire budget.  We have 14 organizations.

The manager doing this task has one worksheet with the company's 2013 budget.  And he wants to just upload this sheet one time instead of breaking it up into each of the 14 organizations.

Thank you for any suggestions or ideas.
