Can someone help settle a disagreement between myself and my consultant about whether or not there i

Background:

Earlier in our implementation my co-workers and I remember our consultant demo iprocurement requisition...When he got to the Delivery portion of the requisitions we saw the following fields...

Preparer:

Requester:

Buyer:

Everytime he would show us the process we would see the same name in each of the 3 fields...Eg: I signed on then the fields would be filled

Preparer: Doe, Jane

Requester: Doe, Jane

Buyer: Doe, Jane

We asked him What are the definitions of the 3 fields because we didn't like that our named showed up 3 times...We asked him to get rid of that field...Now when we see the fields we only see:

Howdy, Stranger!
