Appraisal Workflow Approval Notification Lost

 Hi All,

My client is using Oracle ERP 12.1.1 and is facing a very strange problem in Performance Appraisal approval.

Following are the activities being performed

1. Staff member initiate his performance appraisal, appraise him self and share it with his supervisor.

2. Supervisor views and appraise his staff member and share the appraisal with staff member.

3. Staff member views & provides his comments and submits appraisal to supervisor.

4. Supervisor views staff member comments, calculates rating, provides his comments and submit it to his superior.

5. His superior views appraisal and reject it for few changes. Appraisal return to Staff member through supervisor.

6. Staff member add some comments and re-submit the same rejected appraisal to his supervisor.
