resynch catalog issue in DR site

Hi Guru,

In production envirnoment we could able connect catalog and target then resynch catalog is happening, but in DR site which synch with production but only difference is DB in mount state,

while performing rman backup after connect target & catalog  then resynch catalog doesn't happen

FYI, I am getting following errors.

RMAN-03009: failure of resync command on default channel

ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("CATALOG10"."BCF"."CKP_TIME")
