Hi ,

Any idea about this message in alert.log ?

Errors in file /apps/oracle/diag/rdbms/PROD11g/PROD11g/trace/PROD11g_ora_15532676.trc  (incident=81005):        
ORA-04031: unable to allocate 56 bytes of shared memory ("shared pool","unknown object","KKSSP^202","kglseshtSegs")

Use ADRCI or Support Workbench to package the incident.                                                            
See Note 411.1 at My Oracle Support for error and packaging details.
