Where to monitor OEM12c Repository

Hello Everyone,

I'm currently running OEM12c on two different environments.  One is QA for Infrastructure testing, patching tests and proof of concept for my team.  Only targets on QA Linux boxes are promoted and loosely monitored.  The QA OMR is a RAC  database on my test (development) environment.  The Production OEM12c houses all targets for test, staging and production. 

My question / issue.  Where do I monitor my QA Rac OMR database?  If I put it in the QA OEM environment then the test cluster, and all targets related to the cluster would be monitored by QA agents.   (not at all ideal).   Or should I just put the OMR in the production OEM12c as well as the production OMR?
