Cannot Select Bank Account Legal Entity Owner when Creating a New Bank Account

Hi,

When I try to create a Bank Account for an existing Bank I cannot find the Legal Entity in the lov of the Owner field.

Have read in internet that has something to do with the User Management responsibility but I didn't really understand what I need to do to resolve this issue.

Anyone can advice?
