Siebel Webserver Extensions Patching 8.0.0.13

We have three instances of Siebel Webserver running on our machine. We are planning to upgrade siebel webserver from existing version 8.0.0.5 to 8.0.0.13. When we tried to Patch the Webservers we are able to view only one of the three webservers, pls let us know how to patch the other webservers as well.

Three Webservers
webservd -r /u01/app/websrvr_st3 -d /u01/app/websrvr_st3/https-admserv/config
webrvd -r /u01/app/websrvr_uat2 -d /u01/app/websrvr_uat2/https-tsl11dd3/config
webservd -r /u03/app/websrvr_uat3 -d /u03/app/websrvr_uat3/https-tsl11dd3/config
