Can't run sqlplus on Solaris 10

Hi,

Today the file system where oracle is installed filled, we was unable to execute any command so we reboot the Solaris zone.

After the reboot lsnrctl is really slow and i'm unable to execute sqlplus, but tnsping work normally.

Oracle version is 10.2.0.3 installed on Oracle solaris 10 for sparc 64bit.

Can someone help us to undestand what happening.
